It would be impossible to carry in a first aid / medical pack enough to cater for every eventuality whilst abroad yet a little foresight in advance might be sufficient to avoid distress in the future.

The following list is not definitive however we believe it to be necessitous. If you believe that we have omitted any item please let us know and we will add your advice and suggestion to the list.

We also realise that the country, climate, distance from cities, who you will be with  : will all have a bearing on what items might be necessary.
