The college has
a well streamlined Administration under a visionary and experienced board of
governors under the chairmanship of Mr. Lawrence Mukiibi of St. Lawrence
colleges and colleges in Uganda.Its
principle, Mr. Frank Kakinda Mbaaga is also a competent and experienced
educationalist who is also a senior lecturer in Makerere University Kampala (MAKUNIKA)
Below the
principal is a committed headmaster followed by the scoop bursar, the estates
manager, the director of studies, teaching and non-teaching staff and then
students’ leaders (prefects).
This well streamlined
leadership helps the college to solve problems that arise at all levels
amicably.
